It's not what you think!

On April the 21th, the 2 classes from the Projet Melies and the respective teachers went at the international theatre called La Comète to go see a movie from the 90s, named The Big Lebowski. Trust me, it's not what you think.

First, we can say that the movie made the audience laugh, even if in the end, some said they didn't really appreciate the movie because of some sequences. The movie is a comedy and even the most bored human being would at least smile watching a comedy. Sexual content, strong language, nudity, violence, drugs, alcohol, flying carpet, guns, it has it all, you cannot hate on a movie with so many of these elements inside it ! Even through the decades we see that these elements are taking over the screen, rampaging on our minds and, guess what, we love it ! Although on one hand, the movie is based on a ridiculous and original character, but on the other hand, if you think well enough and look carefully, many parts of the movie are based on reality, things that happen in real life that are to be taken seriously made us laugh, and there was no way to hold back since everyone was laughing at some of these sequences. The Coen brothers might be hiding a sort of message behind this movie so that the whole world may know, or maybe and upcoming genre of cinema, maybe a random discovery of what we may not know, or even an evidence that their childhood wasn't as easy as the world might know it ... maybe it's not what we think things really are.
